The problemThe clinic's records system lets no outside app in, so patients could not book or cancel online, the front desk lived on the phone, and a cancelled slot sat empty.

What I built

• A patient booking page that writes straight into the clinic's own calendar.
• Bea, a texting and phone assistant that confirms, moves and cancels visits.
• A staff desk that mirrors the real calendar.
