JobSend, on a plumbing company's after-hours line

Took real emergency calls in 2026.

The problemAn emergency call at 2 a.m. has to reach the on-call plumber fast, with nobody awake in the office to route it.

What changed

After-hours calls were answered by the AI line and sent to the on-call plumber.

A live emergency line cannot fail quietly, and two techs must never be sent to the same job.

What I built

  • An AI phone agent that takes the call and gets the job and the address.
  • It texts the on-call tech, and moves to the next tech if nobody answers.
  • A quote builder that turns a tech's spoken job into a priced quote.
