Worked example — not a customer result
I built a business and it owns me.
A trades company's day, drawn as a worked example. Evenings lost to paperwork, money that comes in late, and old customers who drift away.
The day
- 7:30First job. Yesterday's invoice is still in your head.
- 12:20Lunch. Last fall's furnace customer hasn't heard from you.
- 9:15Kitchen table. Three invoices to type, one two weeks old.
What changes
We take the glue jobs off you, one at a time, in your own tools.
- 7:30You mark the job done. The invoice is already out.
- 12:20Your furnace customer got a text in your words and wrote back.
- 9:15Nothing to type. Late invoices got a reminder on their due date.

What is proven
- Our code, today
We run our own company this way: 924 pieces of work built and merged by an AI team across 15 projects, September 26 to October 6, 2026.
Counted from our own build log.
- Is this a customer result?
No. This is a worked example. Outcome not measured.
We have not measured what this does for a trades company.
