Using this site. roqueventures.com tells you about Roque Ventures Corp. and lets you get in touch. Use it lawfully. Don't try to break it, overload it or copy it at scale.

Nothing here is a contract to build. Work starts only once we both sign a written agreement for it.

Who owns what. This site and everything Roque Ventures builds belong to Roque Ventures Corp. Clients get a licence to use what we build, through us. It is not for resale.

No promises about the site. We work to keep the site right and running, but it comes as it is. We're not liable for losses from using it, as far as the law allows.

Our phone line. Calls to our number are answered by Miles, an AI assistant for Roque Ventures Corp. Miles will tell you he is an AI if you ask, and can get Chris to call you himself. Calls are recorded and transcribed to book and prepare your call.

Text messages (SMS terms).

• Program: Roque Ventures booking texts, sent by Roque Ventures Corp.
• What you get: if you book a call by phone and say yes to texts, a confirmation, then reminders one hour and five minutes before the call. At most 3 texts per booking.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your bookings.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email chris@roqueventures.com.
• Saying yes to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• How we handle your number: see our Privacy policy (roqueventures.com/privacy). Your mobile number and consent are never shared for marketing.

Services we use. We run this site, our phone line and our texts on providers including Twilio, Google, Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI and ElevenLabs, and we follow their published policies, including Twilio's Messaging Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use our site, phone line or texts in a way those policies forbid.

Links. Links to other sites are for your convenience; we don't control them.

Law. These terms follow the laws of Ontario and Canada.

Changes. We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version.
