What we collect, and why

• The "Tell me" form: your name, email, business and what you want built. We use it to answer you and to plan the call.
• Calls with Miles: when you call our number, Miles answers. Miles is an AI assistant and will say so if you ask. Calls are recorded and transcribed. We keep your phone number, the transcript and a summary of the call, and any booking you make: your name, clinic or business, email, and the time. We use these to book and prepare your call with Chris.
• Texts: if you book by phone and say yes to texts, we text the number you called from: one confirmation, then a reminder an hour before and five minutes before your call. That is at most 3 texts per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop the texts at any time, or HELP for help. Saying yes to texts is never a condition of booking or buying anything.
• Bookings: when you book, Google Calendar sends you an invite with a Google Meet link.
• Flood protection: your internet address is used for a moment to stop spam floods. We don't store it with your message.

Who processes it for us We use service providers to run this: Vercel (website), Supabase (our database), Google (Calendar, Meet and email), Twilio (phone and texts), and ElevenLabs and OpenAI (Miles's voice and understanding). Each gets only what it needs to do that job, and each handles it under its own privacy policy. We use them within their published policies, including Twilio's Messaging Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, Google's API terms, and OpenAI's and ElevenLabs' usage policies. Some of them store or process data in the United States.

What we don't do We don't sell, rent or share your information for anyone else's marketing. We only send you messages you asked for, about your request or booking.

Your mobile number No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. The service providers above handle your number only to deliver our calls and texts.

How long we keep it For as long as we're talking or working together, then up to 2 years, unless the law asks us to keep it longer. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, unless we must keep it.

Your rights You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email chris@roqueventures.com and we'll answer within 30 days.
